A Jaw Dropping Good Time for Regent Classic Cars

Regent Classic Cars visits Moose Jaw Show and Shine 2019
Regent Classic Cars made the trip east on the TransCanada Highway to a great little venue in Moose Jaw Sask. The show was held in Happy Valley Park and was host to nearly 250 entries from all over Saskatchewan and Southern Alberta. With absolutely perfect weather there was a vast increase over last years attendance both for exhibitors and attendees alike, making this a very welcome show. The 1937 Ford 3 window coupe brought home the plaque for best Hot Rod and our 1932 Ford Model B had numerous mentions as a stunning example of its era. Regent Classic Cars again had a very successful showing and proved to be a crowd favorite. Our next stop will be right here at home for Cars and Guitars August 16 and 17 so hope to see everyone there.

Regent Classic Cars Makes History

Regent shows up on History Road at the Reynolds Museum in Wetaskiwin.
Well we were out and about again with a visit back in time. June 8 & 9 2019 saw Regent Classic Cars take its 1932 Ford Model B and its 1937 Ford 3 window coupe up to Wetaskiwin to the Reynolds Museum to participate in the History Road car show. And what a show it was, with 477 vehicles ranging from the early 1900's up to some late model entries, indeed it was pleasing for both participants and spectators alike. With vehicles from every depiction they were lined up as far as the eye could see. And yet again Regent Classic Cars proved to be a real crowd favorite with its two entries. It was and is The Ultimate Car Show, and a fine job the folks at the Reynolds Museum did to orchestrate and finalize the arrangements whether in chronological order, club affiliation,or model designation. It is safe to say we will be back next year.
Over 20,000 people strolled through the BMO Centre last weekend (Feb. 23-25) to feast their eyes on the 250 world class vehicles that were on display. Regent Classic Cars showed off its 1937 Ford 3-Window Coupe Custom. Not only did the Hot Rod turn heads, it dominated the Custom Hot Rod Class winning top honors and the Outstanding Custom Hot Rod Title. To top the weekend off, the Hot Rod was named as 1 of 6 finalist for the Jim Leslie Award, which is given out to the best overall vehicle of the entire show. "I am very pleased with the outcome of the show", said Kevin Ross, GM of Regent Classic Cars, "We worked hard to prepare the car properly for this high level of competition, to come home with 3 awards is awesome."
