Regent Classic Cars is proud to present this exquisite 1963 Cadillac Series Sixty Two convertible. One of 17,600 built of this the seventh generation of the series and said by many to be the most aesthetically pleasing compared to the previous versions. 1963 brought a bolder look with modest restyling and was complimented with a total of 143 available options to choose from. Our example of this icon went through a nut and bolt rotisserie restoration where not a single detail was overlooked by the craftsman that completed the task. The engine bay is a piece of art that is amazing and shows the effort put into this recreation. The original 390 CID was removed at the time of restoration and replaced with a completely overhauled 1964 429 CID Cadillac engine and rebuilt transmission. The factory differential was in turn overhauled as well. All the chrome was removed and sent for media blast and triple chrome plating. The carpet and upholstery are all new and correct materials used including the convertible top that is fitted with the zip in rear glass. With all the briteworks finished to a mirror like finish this Cadillac looks as it did in the showroom back in 1963.

Labor Day Weekend 2019

Busy Weekend South of the Border
For the first time Regent Classic Cars ventured south across the U.S. border to show its wares to our southern neighbors. First stop was Stanton Creek on Saturday August 31 for their 23rd annual show and shine near Essex Montana. It proved to be a very interesting day for sure, with the threat of rain they still managed to have 40 or so cars and some beautiful bikes from locals and visitors alike. For a smaller venue the organization was done very well  offering live entertainment for most of the day and a fantastic outdoor pig roast that was fantastic. The entries were nothing short of spectacular with a broad spectrum for all to enjoy. Well done Carla and the folks at Stanton Creek and a special thanks to Mitch for the invite. The second part of the weekend, Sunday September 1, found us at The Rumble in the Bay in Bigfork Montana where they were celebrating The Year of The Mustang. And what a celebration it was. With arguably the nicest day of the summer coming forth to ensure good attendance and a wonderful venue how could it not be awesome. Over 300 stunning entries, and a good portion of those were Mustangs, were there to appease the likes of all in attendance. To our surprise the 1967 Mustang GT-A Convertible from our [...]

Cars and Guitars 2019

Another Great Show
Cars and Guitars 2019 was another great showing for Regent Classic Cars with no less than five of the cars from the collection on display. Our 1989 Cadillac Zimmer, that was an outstanding attraction, spent Friday evening as part of the cruise and although the weather was less than desirable those that were there had a good time. It was another great showing for the 1937 Ford 3 window coupe as it was again first out of the gate taking a top 10 award. The 1965 Rolls Royce Silver Cloud proved to be a popular display as did the 1955 Ford Crown Victoria Glass Top. Our 1967 Ford Mustang GT-A and the 1932 Ford Model B Coupe took their turns as being the center of attention in the Regent Classic Car display as well. Even if the weather wasn't perfect, the show went off without a hitch and the pin up girls had a great time getting their pictures taken with some of the cars. All in all another successful show for the Regent Classic Car collection.

Regent Classic Cars Dominates at 59th Draggins Show

1937 Coupe & 1967 Mustang on Display at Saskatoon Car Show
The latest show for the Regent Classic Car collection was the Draggins 59th Annual Rod and Custom show which took place April 19  & 20 at the World Trade Centre in Prairieland Park Saskatoon Sask. A gathering of the best of the best from all over and a truly fantastic job of organizing by the Draggins Car Club. The show was nothing less than spectacular having 250 entrants indoors and a group of about 25 outside . The Good Friday crowd was strong from the opening of the doors until they closed at 10pm with Saturday being as strong during the day. Regent Classic Cars showed off its 1937 Ford 3 window coupe and the 1967 Ford Mustang GT-A Convertible to a very appreciative crowd and came home with no less than 4 awards. 1937 Ford 3-window Coupe won the Best Wild Paint, The Hot Rod Sweepstakes awards, and took home 2nd place in the 1936-1948 Street Rod Coupe Class The 1967 Mustang took 2nd place in the Restored Convertibles Class The big show stopper was the full custom 1957 Chevrolet that won the 2018 Ridler Award at Detroit Autorama. And on hand to sign autographs and pictures of the car was Johnny Martin himself, the creator of this magnificent automobile. A good time was had by all and another great showing for [...]
